Yamamotoyama

As an usucha, it starts with a light bitterness that fades quickly, leaving just a short and slightly astringent finish. There is also a subtle nutty note that adds a nice depth. The powder blends smoothly and froths up really well.

I also tried it as a latte with oat milk and it turned out super creamy. The bitterness mellowed out but the matcha flavor still came through clearly. It is balanced, smooth and easy to enjoy.
